745.03 LICENSE FEES.

The fee for a mechanical amusement device license shall be twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per year per machine; the fee for a mechanical musical device license shall be ten dollars ($10.00) per year per machine. The license fees shall be for the fiscal year or any part of the same and shall not be prorated.
