719.02 PERMIT FEE.

For each dance there shall be a fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) for each day's operation, except for taverns, whose permits shall be valid for an entire calendar year or any part thereof. Tavern permits shall be subject to review from time to time. Revocation of permits by the Mayor shall be subject to appeal as provided in Section 719.03.
