The license of any billiard or pool room may be revoked by the Mayor for disorderly or immoral conduct on the premises, or for the violation of any of the rules, regulations, ordinances or laws applying to such rooms. Ten days before a license is revoked, the Mayor shall notify the licensee in writing of the proposed revocation, and the licensee shall have the right to a hearing before the Mayor. If the license is revoked, the licensee may appeal to Council within ten days. Any license thus forfeited or revoked shall not be granted to the same person or association until six months have elapsed.
