No person, society, club, firm or corporation shall operate a billiard or pool room on Sunday, or between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 6:00 a.m. of the following day on weekdays, or harbor or permit any person to be or remain in any such billiard or pool room on Sunday or between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 6:00 a.m. of the following day on weekdays, except for regular employees performing necessary work therein.
