666.19 LEWD AND LASCIVIOUS ACTS, WORDS AND GESTURES.

(a) No person shall commit any indecent, immodest, lewd or filthy act publicly in the City, or make any immodest, obscene or insulting allusions or gestures to or about any other person publicly or where the same can be publicly seen in the City.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
