648.20 PICKETING.
   (a)   As used in this section, certain words and terms are defined as follows:
      (1)   "Picketing" includes, but is not limited to, marching, parading and demonstrating.
      (2)   "Illegal picketing" includes, but is not limited to, picketing, as defined in division (a)(1) hereof, that:
         A.   Is directed at, or conducted primarily before, about or in the immediate vicinity of, the land upon which the dwelling of any individual is situated; or
         B.   Involves blocking or interfering with ingress to or egress from any walkway or driveway leading to or from the dwelling of any individual; or
         C.   Involves blocking or interfering with the flow of pedestrian or vehicular traffic, or involves the display of signs of a size or at a location otherwise prohibited by ordinance; or
         D.   Involves trespassing on any residential property within the meaning of Section 642.12; or
         E.   Involves a violation of any other provision of this chapter, including, but not limited to, prohibitions against disturbing the peace and/or disorderly conduct.
   (b)   It is unlawful for any person to engage in illegal picketing before or about the residence or dwelling owned or occupied by any individual in the City.
   (c)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of illegal picketing, a misdemeanor of the first degree.
