            (e)    The parcels of land known as Permanent Parcel Nos. 712-21-16 and 712-21-17 and occupied by St. Clare's Church which are presently zoned for Single- Family, Ten Thousand Square Foot, Use District are rezoned to provide that the southernmost 200 ft. thereof abutting Mayfield Rd. is zoned for the new classification of Community Business District and the remainder of said parcels retain the present zoning.
