642.29    SLEEPING OR LOUNGING ON THE PROPERTY OF ANOTHER.
   (a)   No person shall enter any building or dwelling house, or any barn, shed or other outbuilding or premises, without the consent of the owner thereof, for the purpose of sleeping or lounging therein, nor shall any person, unlawfully or without the consent of the owner thereof, enter any unoccupied or unfinished dwelling or other house or building, for the purpose of sleeping or lounging therein.

   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
