618.21 FURNISHING FALSE PEDIGREE.

(a) No person shall purposely or knowingly furnish the purchaser of an animal with a false pedigree or false certificate of sale, or willfully use a false pedigree or false certificate of sale for deceiving, whether furnished, given or procured in this State or elsewhere.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
