618.18 AUTHORITY OF ANIMAL WARDEN.

The Animal Warden is hereby authorized to enforce the provisions of this chapter, such authority to be in addition to the authority of the Police Department. In the enforcement of the provisions of this chapter, the Animal Warden shall have authority to issue citations and affidavits for violations of such provisions.
