474.11 IMPOUNDING.

(a) Whenever any person operates a bicycle or tricycle in violation of any provision of this chapter, the bicycle or tricycle may be impounded by any member of the Police Department, such impoundment not to exceed five days.

(b) Whenever any bicycle or tricycle is found to be in violation of any provision of this chapter, the bicycle or tricycle may be impounded by any member of the Police Department, such impoundment not to exceed five days.
