No person shall stand or park a motor truck, bus or business or commercial vehicle in any street adjoining any private property zoned for residential purposes, except for the purpose and during the time reasonably necessary for delivering or receiving persons or merchandise from such premises, or for rendering services to persons occupying such premises.
