4-1-7: SUMMARY ABATEMENT:
Whenever any nuisance is found within the town, contrary to any ordinance, the mayor, in his discretion, is hereby authorized to cause the same to be summarily abated in such a manner as he may direct. (1987 Code § 8.16.070)
