No licensee or agent or employee thereof shall knowingly permit prostitution, lewdness, or assignation as defined by Wyoming Statutes section 6-4-101 et seq., any unlawful act pursuant to Wyoming Statutes section 6-7-101, or gambling as prohibited by Wyoming Statutes section 6-6-101, within any dispensing room, building or premises licensed under this chapter.
