A. Schedule For Operating Hours: All liquor licensees and/or holders of alcohol permits shall be controlled by the following schedule for operating hours:
1. A licensee and/or permit holder may begin the sale and/or distribution of alcohol no earlier than six o'clock (6:00) A.M.
2. No licensee and/or permit holder shall allow any intoxicating liquor to be dispensed or consumed on the premises of the liquor licensee or permit in any manner after two o'clock (2:00) A.M.
B. Modification Of Hours: The hours of operation designated in subsection A of this section may be modified on a case by case basis by a Resolution or agreement made by the Town Council. (1987 Code § 5.08.260; amd. Ord. 2017-11, 7-6-2017)
