3-2-3-10: RESORT LICENSE:
   A.   Authorized: The town council may issue resort retail liquor licenses to applicants who are owners or lessees of a resort complex meeting the qualifications of subsection B of this section.
   B.   Qualifications: To qualify for a resort retail liquor license, the town council shall require the resort complex to:
      1.   Have an actual valuation, or the applicant shall have committed or expended on the complex, not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000.00), excluding the value of the land;
      2.   Include a restaurant and a convention facility, which convention facility shall seat no less than one hundred (100) persons; and
      3.   Include motel or hotel accommodations with a minimum of one hundred (100) sleeping rooms. (1987 Code § 5.08.130)
   C.   Sale For Off Premises Consumption: Resort liquor licensees shall not sell alcoholic or malt beverages for consumption off the premises owned or leased by the licensee. The dispensing of alcoholic or malt beverages licensed to be sold hereunder shall be controlled by section 3-2-4-2 of this chapter. (1987 Code § 5.08.140)
   D.   License Fee: The annual fee for a resort liquor license shall be one thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500.00) payable in advance. (1987 Code § 5.08.150)
   E.   Other Regulations: The general control and regulatory provisions of this chapter shall apply to resort liquor licenses except as otherwise provided. (1987 Code § 5.08.160)
