3-1-99: PENALTY:
Unless specifically set out in this chapter, any violation of the provisions of this chapter constitutes a class B misdemeanor punishable as set forth in subsection 1-4-1 (A)(2) of this code. (Ord. 2022-04, 10-20-2022)
