3-2-3-5: DEPOSIT OF FEES:
All fees for licenses and permits issued by the town council paid under this chapter shall be deposited into the treasury of the town. No refund of all or any part of a license fee shall be made at any time following issuance. (1987 Code § 5.08.070)
