A. Required Signatures: Each license issued by the municipality shall be signed by the mayor and attested by the clerk.
B. Information: The following shall be shown in each license:
1. The name of the licensee.
2. Description of the place in which alcoholic and/or malt beverages may be sold.
3. The date of issuance.
4. The amount of the fee and that the same has been paid.
C. Display Required: Each licensee shall display his license in a conspicuous place in the licensed room. (1987 Code § 5.08.060)
