Any person or entity aggrieved by the action of the commission or administrative personnel of Lyman in carrying out any official act, may, if they so desire, file with the town council, a written request for hearing the same, setting forth reasons for which they feel the commission and/or personnel have been unjustly enforced within thirty (30) days of the act or acts alleged to be unjust. Within sixty (60) days of receipt of the request, the town council shall hold a public hearing to determine the proper application of the subdivision rules. (Ord.2020-01, passed 6-4-2020)
