12-13-3: PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION HEARING AND ACTION:
   A.   Hearing: The planning and zoning commission shall hear the request filed as provided in section 12-13-2 of this chapter and shall take such action as it deems necessary in order to proceed with any studies, surveys, investigations or public hearings as required by section 15-1-602, Wyoming Statutes Annotated, 1977 republished edition.
   B.   Recommendations To Town Council: Following a public hearing, the planning and zoning commission shall report its findings and recommendations to the town council on the request, upon the boundaries of the district involved, or such other matters as may be related to the request.    C.   Rezoned And Unzoned Areas: All zone changes or zoning of all unzoned areas shall be by resolution duly adopted by the town council after the town council has received from the planning and zoning commission its report and recommendation. (Ord. 2007-10, 5-1-2007)
