12-11-5: APPEAL:
   A.   Right To Appeal: Written appeals may be reviewed by the town council for the applicant for the variance or for any person owning property within three hundred feet (300') of the exterior boundaries of the variance applicant's property aggrieved by any determination for variance, or upon failure of the planning and zoning commission to make its determination on any application by or at the next regular monthly planning and zoning commission meeting.
   B.   Hearing: The town council shall hold a public hearing as required by Wyoming Statutes.
   C.   Board Of Adjustment: The town council shall perform all duties formerly allocated to the board of adjustment under this code. (1987 Code § 17.68.050)
