A. Required Information: The applicant for a business permit shall make application therefor, in writing, as provided by the town, stating the following:
1. The name of the person, association, firm or corporation making such application.
2. A description of the nature of the business the applicant shall be engaged in.
3. The date such application is made.
4. The address and phone number of the person, association, firm, or corporation making such application.
5. The address where the described business shall take place.
6. Vehicle description and license plate number.
B. Filing With Clerk; Effective Date: Upon receipt by the town clerk, such application shall be filed with the town and become effective not sooner than twenty four (24) hours thereafter. (1987 Code § 5.04.050)
