3-1-3: BUSINESS DESIGNATED:

For the purpose of this chapter, any person shall be deemed to be in business and thus subject to the requirements of this chapter when doing any of the following:

A. Selling any goods or services.

B. Soliciting business or hire.

C. Acquiring or using any vehicle or any premises in the town for any business purpose. (1987 Code § 5.04.030)
