2-1-8: PROHIBITIONS:
Any noncompliance with any properly instituted order, variance or conditional permit issued by the planning and zoning commission constitutes a class B misdemeanor punishable as set forth in subsection 1-4-1A2 of this code. (Ord. 2012-11, 1-17-2013)
