Unless specifically set out in this title, any violation of this title constitutes a class B misdemeanor punishable as set forth in subsection 1-4-1A2 of this code. A violation shall not be construed to include a subdivision in existence before January 1, 1977. (Ord. 2012-11, 1-17-2013)
