A. Division Into Three Lots, Plats, Etc.: The division of a lot, tract or parcel of land into three (3) or more lots, plats, sites or other divisions of land for the purpose, whether immediate or future, of sale or building development, shall make the transaction subject to the provisions of this title whether a plat is recorded or not.
B. Filed And Recorded After Review And Approval: All plats of a subdivision of land within the town shall be filed and recorded only after having been reviewed and approved by the planning and zoning commission and accepted and signed by the town council.
C. Incorporated Land Within Town: This title is applicable to the incorporated land within the town. (1987 Code § 16.04.030)
