10-1-22: PENALTY:

Any person, persons, partnership, association or corporation violating any provision of this chapter shall, upon a court finding of violation thereof, pay a fine not to exceed seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00). (1987 Code § 13.04.320; amd. Ord. 2-04, 5-6-2004)
