10-1-17: RIGHT OF ENTRY:

All employees of the town shall have free access at all reasonable hours to enter the premises where water is used, for the purpose of inspection and investigation as to whether or not the water user is complying with the provisions of this chapter. (1987 Code § 13.04.230)
