All water users shall keep their own service pipes, faucets, valves and water using fixtures in good repair at all times and shall protect the same from freezing at their own expense. No claim shall be made against the town for any damages resulting from the breaking of any pipes, faucets, valves, water using fixtures, meters or any other apparatus used in connection therewith.
