A. Tapping Prohibited: It is unlawful for any person other than town employees or someone working under their direction to excavate in any street to tap water pipes of the town water distribution system or to molest or interfere with the system in any way.
B. Turning On System Prohibited: It is unlawful for any person except town employees or someone working under their direction to turn on the water supply to any premises after the supply has been shut off for failure to pay water rent charges or for other violations of this chapter.
