10-1-12: MULTIPLE SERVICE FROM ONE PIPE:
In case there are two (2) or more users supplied from the same service pipe, the water supply in such service pipe may be shut off upon the failure of any one of them to pay the water rent charges when due. (1987 Code § 13.04.150)
