10-1-10: CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP:
In the event of a change of ownership or occupancy of any property served by water service from the town necessitating a change of name on the town records of the party to be billed for the service, the request for a name change shall be in writing, and shall be accompanied by a fee in the amount of ten dollars ($10.00), which fee shall be paid into the town treasury. (1987 Code § 13.04.130)
