A. Notice Of Nonuse: No credit shall be allowed any water user for nonuse of water under any water service permit for any period less than thirty (30) days, and in no event shall a credit be allowed for such nonuse unless notice is given to the town clerk within ten (10) days of the beginning of such period of nonuse.
B. Resumption Of Use: It is also required that notice be given to the town clerk within ten (10) days after the resumption of use or no credit for nonuse will be allowed and the total amount of any previous credit granted shall become due and payable as a penalty for failure to report such resumption.
