9-2-4: ENFORCEMENT:

   A.   Any person who violates any provision of the international building code or this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished according to the provisions set forth in sections 1-4-1 through 1-4-4 of this code.

   B.   In addition to enforcement by officials and officers of the town of Lyman, members of the Uinta County fire protection and emergency services joint powers board may enforce any provision of the international fire code, which is incorporated by reference into the international building code.
