A. Penalty: Unless specifically set out in this chapter, any violation of this chapter constitutes a Class B misdemeanor punishable as set forth in subsection 1-4-1A2 of this Code. (Ord. 2012-11, 1-17-2013)
B. Members Of Fire Department: Members of the Fire Department, when acting as such, violating this chapter or chapter 1 of this title shall be dealt with in accordance with the bylaws of the Fire Department.
C. Enforced Removal: The application of the penalty set forth in subsections A and B of this section shall not be held to prevent the enforced removal of prohibited conditions and the imposition of one penalty for any violation of this chapter or chapter 1 of this title shall not excuse the violation, or permit it to continue.
D. Required To Correct Or Remedy Violations: All persons convicted thereof shall be required to correct or remedy such violations or defects within a reasonable time. (1987 Code § 8.08.050)
