§ 31.17 BOARD OF APPEALS AND ADJUSTMENTS.
   (A)   Establishment and composition.
      (1)   A Board of Appeals and Adjustments is hereby established.
      (2)   The Board shall be composed of three members, at least one of whom shall be a member of the Council and at least one of whom shall be a member of the Planning Commission.
      (3)   Members shall serve one-year terms.
   (B)   Powers and duties. The powers and duties of the Board shall be as prescribed by state law and the city code.
