§ 111.066 BREWER TAPROOMS.
   A brewer licensed under M.S. § 340A.301, subd. 6(c), (6)(i) or (6)(j), as they may be amended from time to time, may be issued an on-sale liquor license for the “on sale” of malt liquor produced on the licensed premises, subject to the following conditions.
   (A)   No on-sale of malt liquor may be made between 2:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. on Sunday, nor between 2:00 a.m. and until 8:00 a.m. on Monday, nor between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. on any weekday.
   (B)   A brewer may only hold one brewer taproom license under this chapter.
   (C)   The only beverage alcohol that may be sold or consumed on the premises of a brewery taproom will be the malt liquor produced by the brewer upon the brewery premises.
   (D)   All other provisions of this chapter and this business title in general shall be applicable to the licenses and licensees unless inconsistent with the provisions of this section.
   (E)   Licensed brewer taprooms may operate a restaurant on the premises without additional licensure.
