(A) Luverne Municipal Electric Utility hereby reserves the right to trim or remove any trees which create a hazard as defined by the National Electrical Safety Code.
(B) Properly authorized agents of Luverne Municipal Electric Utility shall have access to a customer's property at all reasonable hours for the purpose of trimming or removing trees.
(C) Luverne Municipal Electric Utility hereby reserves the right to trim or remove any trees that obstruct the street lighting system.
