§ 55.72 TEMPORARY SERVICE.
   (A)   Luverne Municipal Electric Utility will provide temporary service to any customer where such service may be provided from Luverne Municipal Electric Utility's existing electric distribution system. Where a customer applies for routine temporary service, the customer shall provide an approved meter socket and maintain suitable equipment for a service entrance. All required service conductors shall be sized in accordance with all applicable codes.
   (B)   The customer shall pay a temporary service connection fee for single-phase, temporary service in addition to regular monthly charges at the applicable service rate.
   (C)   The customer shall pay a temporary service connection fee for three-phase, temporary service in addition to regular monthly charges at the applicable service rate.
   (D)   Temporary service requests that do not conform to the conditions specified above may be granted at the sole discretion of Luverne Municipal Electric Utility. The customer shall reimburse Luverne Municipal Electric Utility for all costs associated with installing and removing such "non-routine" temporary services.
   (E)   Temporary service is intended for limited use only and should not exceed a period of one year.
   (F)   Permanent service entrance equipment shall be installed as soon as practicable.
