(A) The owner, subdivider, builder or developer shall provide to Luverne Municipal Electric Utility complete and accurate drawings and layouts for subdivisions, planned unit developments and any other projects requiring the installation or replacement of Luverne Municipal Electric Utility electrical facilities.
(B) (1) The owner, subdivider, builder or developer shall provide Luverne Municipal Electric Utility with complete architectural drawings for any commercial project for which the city is reviewing a permit application.
(2) Such drawings shall include:
(a) The requested service voltage;
(b) The service entrance amp rating;
(c) The connected load (in kW) broken down by load type;
(d) The electrical switchgear and metering lineup;
(e) The one-line diagram; and
(f) The specifications for the HVAC equipment, and the like.
