(A) The customer is responsible for selecting and installing motors, apparatus and devices which are suitable for operation with the character of the service available and supplied by Luverne Municipal Electric Utility.
(B) Luverne Municipal Electric Utility hereby reserves the right and authority to gain access to inspect and test any customer-owned equipment that is connected to Luverne Municipal Electric Utility's system.
(C) Luverne Municipal Electric Utility shall be the sole authority in determining whether any customer-owned equipment connected to Luverne Municipal Electric Utility's system is causing a deleterious effect on the quality of service provided by Luverne Municipal Electric Utility to its customers.
(D) Luverne Municipal Electric Utility hereby reserves the right and authority to require the customer to install, at customer's sole expense, any equipment which Luverne Municipal Electric Utility determines is required to prevent any deleterious effects on the quality of service provided by Luverne Municipal Electric Utility to its customers.
