§ 55.46 ACCEPTANCE OF SERVICE RULES.

Any person making application for service, accepting, or using Luverne Municipal Electric Utility electrical service by connecting to Luverne Municipal Electric Utility's electrical distribution system thereby agrees to conform to and abide by all applicable federal, state and local rules and regulations for the operation of the electrical distribution system.
