Pursuant to M.S. § 176.011, subd. 9, clause 6, as it may be amended from time to time, only the City Council as elected officials of the city or members of the City Council appointed to fill a Council vacancy as provided in the City Charter shall be included in the coverage of the Worker’s Compensation Act, being M.S. §§ 176.001 et seq., as it may be amended from time to time.
