§ 30.01 AUTHORITY OF PURPOSE.
   (A)   This chapter is enacted so as to set down for enforcement the administrative powers of the city by and through its chief legislative body, the Council, and its chief administrative officer, the City Administrator.
   (B)   This chapter shall constitute the “Administrative Code”, referred to in the chapter, city code and other official documents of the city.
