§ 112.37 UNLAWFUL USE AND DEVICES.

   It is unlawful for any person to:

   (A)   Sell or maintain a machine or device which is for gambling or contains an automatic payoff device;

   (B)   Give any prize, award, merchandise, gift or thing of value to any person on account of operation of the device;

   (C)   Sell or maintain, or permit to be operated in his or her place of business, any mechanical amusement device equipped with an automatic payoff device;

   (D)   Equip any mechanical amusement device with an automatic payoff device;

   (E)   Operate an amusement center within 300 feet of any church, public or private school grounds or public playground.
