(A) No person shall own, operate or permit the operation of an amusement arcade on premises owned, leased or operated by him or her or engage in the business of operating an amusement arcade in the city unless he or she shall have first obtained a license therefor.
(B) The application forms and information required thereon shall be devised by the City Administrator.
