A brewer licensed under M.S. § 340A.301, subd. 6(d), (6)(i) or (6)(j), as they may be amended from time to time, may be licensed for the “off-sale” of malt liquor produced and packaged on the licensed premises, subject to the following conditions.
(A) No off-sale of malt liquor may be made between 2:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. on Sunday, nor between 2:00 a.m. and until 8:00 a.m. on Monday, nor between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. on any weekday.
(B) The malt liquor shall be packaged in 64-ounce containers commonly known as “growlers” or in 750 milliliter bottles.
(C) The malt liquor sold at “off-sale” must be removed from the licensed premises before the applicable closing time at exclusive liquor stores.
(D) The “growler” must be sealed in such a manner that the seal must be broken in order to open the container and the seal must bear the name and address of the brewer, and the legend “Not for Consumption in Public” must be prominently displayed on the seal.
