§ 111.033 LICENSE REQUIRED.
   Unless a specific exemption is provided in this chapter, no sale of an alcoholic beverage shall be made without a license therefor from the city. It is the policy of the Council to permit only those sales on licensed premises for which an application has been made and a license granted.
