§ 111.024 EXCEPTIONS.
   Licensing requirements in this chapter shall not apply to sales by manufacturers to wholesalers, nor to sales by wholesalers, as those terms are defined herein and within such definitions. Nor shall the requirements apply to sales made by Municipal Liquor Store employees in Municipal Liquor Store buildings.
